After the success of their flagship restaurant, Berber & Q decided to open a second site in Exmouth Market called Shawarma Bar that specialises in slow cooked lamb and Middle-Eastern style rotisserie chicken.
We were asked to redesign the entire interior and exterior from scratch. The brief was to create a warm, inviting atmosphere, reminiscent of old family run restaurants on the streets of Tel Aviv.
We worked on the entire scope from concept through to completion. We created detailed drawing packs, applied for planning permission, sourced furniture, bespoke upholstery, lighting and finishes for the entire space that spanned two floors. We also worked with the building contractors on the installation and implementation of the designs at the final stage.
