Untouched since the 70s this victorian terrace house in North-East London was in need of a total refurbishment from top to bottom.
The house underwent a comprehensive back to brick renovation, which we worked on from concept and planning applications through to project management and completion.
This project encompassed a full-scale transformation across all three floors; we redesigned the existing layout and interior spaces to optimise storage, light and circulation for a growing family. We also added on a new loft and ground floor extension that directly opens onto the garden, which was designed and landscaped by Tom Austin Gardens.
The result is a harmonious blend of Victorian charm and contemporary living.
